Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
Welcome to Pantera Vault. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so we encourage you to check them regularly.
2. Products
The products sold on this site are physical collectibles related to the band Pantera. All items are carefully photographed to allow customers to assess the condition of the products before purchase. Given the nature of these items, they are intended strictly for collection purposes and are non-returnable.
Important Note on Intellectual Property: The items sold are personal collectible objects and not products authorized by the Pantera brand or group. You are purchasing these items for personal collection purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the products without explicit permission is prohibited.
3. Shipping and Delivery Fees
We ship internationally as well as within Canada, including within Quebec. Since each item may vary in size and weight, shipping fees will be manually calculated based on the destination and quantity of items.
Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. We will ship the products via Canada Post and provide a tracking number for each order.
The customer will receive an invoice that includes the shipping fees, and they will have 48 hours to complete the payment. If payment is not completed within this time frame, the order will be canceled, and the items will be made available for sale again. If the shipping fees are not acceptable to the customer after receiving the invoice, they may cancel the order before making payment.
4. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products (collectibles), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is photographed in detail to allow customers to assess the condition of the items before placing an order.
Customers may cancel an order only as long as payment has not been made.
5. Payment
All payments are handle by Stripe. Customers can use a recognized credit card through Stripe, Apple Pay & Google Pay. After selecting the desired items, we will send the customer an invoice that includes the shipping fees. The customer has 48 hours to complete the payment; if the payment is not made within this period, the order will be canceled.
6. Liability
We take care to properly pack all our items to prevent damage during shipping. However, once the item is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during transport. In case of damage, the customer must send us photos of the packaging and the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the package. A tracking number will be provided for each order to ensure protection in case of non-delivery or loss.
7. Personal Data Protection
We collect only the necessary personal information to process your order, such as your name, shipping address, and email address. This information will not be used for any other purpose. We are committed to never selling or sharing your information with third parties.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For deletion requests, please contact us at admin@panteravault.com.
Note on applicable law: As a business based in Quebec, we comply with Canadian privacy laws and are committed to protecting your data in accordance with these regulations.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes related to the purchase or use of our products will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check this page for updates.
